I come in the evening times for dinner often and the customer service is always great. Harry at the drive thru is always polite and the kitchen staff is also very attentive to expediting the food correctly. I appreciate the attention to detail and believe they should be promoted or given raises. Hard to find good workers these days and this group is exceptional.

Brightly colored sheet of paper states that they are experiencing staff shortages. And you're encouraged to take your order out or use the drive-through. So the dining area I believe was ribboned off to restrict access. But there is seating closer to the counter that's not. Just ask the manager if you absolutely must eat in. I recommend making your order to go so you have their paper bag to throw your waist into. Be kind during this shortage and clean up far more than you normally would to show appreciation for them making an exception for you!

Extremely slow drive through lines, and if you order a combo box they purposefully just don't use the box so you get handed a big bag of food and they hope you don't count the items until you get home. But even though I do look to see I got everything before leaving the parking lot, it's drive-thru only and I just spent the last 45 min sitting waiting for them to not give me items I paid for online over an hour ago. I promise u just go to another taco bell location rather than sitting at this one you'll save time.

I wish I could give you 0 stars. The man whom I went to the counter to ask for my order snapped at me and told me I had to go to the drive-thru. I told him the drive-thru line was long so that’s why I ordered ahead. He snapped back, “yeah there’s only two of us working that’s why.” I said okay… great attitude… and he YELLED AT ME “YEAH I KNOW GET OUT.” Another customer told him it’s an option to pick-up inside on the app. I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional he was. I canceled my order and will be calling corporate. This is unacceptable.

This location advertises online that they stay open till 1 a.m.,, well tonight I waited in line for 45 minutes only to get to the speaker and wait another 20 minutes and then told that they were closing by an employee walking outside but at the same time they were taking a cars order that pulled in front of me and jumped in line that never went through the speaker ! I was willing all that time to be patient because I know that these companies are short-handed but I think it was very unfair for them to let me sit in line all that time and then not take my order I will never ever ever go to this location again I am through and this isn't the first time that I've been done wrong there either ,if your time is as valuable as mine don't go here ! Ex customer and Leukemia patient who's time Is Valuable!!
