Starbucks

I heard that management changed a couple months ago. At first, you could see those changes come through in a very positive way but lately it’s back to the same lack of customer service that was before. Whether I order off a third party app or go directly there, the staff seems so stressed that they don’t care if they’re rude to customers or if they get your order right. Today, I ordered via Postmates—the driver was kind enough to return to the store AFTER coming to deliver my order when we both realized something was missing. He went back to get a coffee that was missing and told me the staff was extremely rude to him. He said they got upset that he even came back to let them know something was missing and he had proof since he took back the entire order with him. He explained the person who attended him gave him the coffee with such attitude that the coffee spilled a bit as a result. He delivered my order, FULL, this time and I made sure to tip him extra for going through those lengths. However, Starbucks and employees—get it together. Stop being rude to people who are kind and simply asking for their order to be correct.
