My order was prepared incorrectly two times. The manager went above and beyond to ensure that I was a highly satisfied customer before I left the restaurant. We have not been to Pizza Hut in years, but we will definitely return.

Placed online order at 10:30am. Order was finally delivered at 12:30pm and a coworker ordered at the same time and instead of delivering both orders at the same time she did not get her order until 1pm. Was told that delivery driver had car problems and was also told that their delivery driver was late coming in. Be honest with your customers about mistakes and not try to cover and give 2 different stories. Need reliable staff. Have had numerous issues with this location. Please be attentive and courteous.

It was horrible I ordered delivery they didn't have correct change so they had to go get change . In the meantime I'm sure the pizza and stuff got cold but i wouldn't know bc I received a restricted call stating they couldn't bring our pizza but they would do us the huge favor of taking the delivery charge off if we would come pick it up. Really?! So after over an hour and a half ,a cold pizza, along with numerous other probs....I should have gotten it all free. Never ever again.

My stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with garlic parmesan sauce was mouthwatering! It was fresh and pleasing to the tongue! The pepperoni was cooked to perfection. Best pizza I ever had from Pizza Hut!

What a JOKE!! Phone issues on many occasions and when one does get through MANAGEMENT has serious attitude problems!! We have made our last purchase with them. We will NEVER buy from Pizza Hut again.

Waiting on an order for almost 2 hours only to hear that delivery is not available any more. Had to call 4 times in a row for an hour and customer service was very horrible. Will NOT be ordering from here anymore!!

if im being honest i wanted to try to contact you guys but i could not ? the pizza was terrible., the crust was hard as a rock, the pizza was dry and over cooked and the sauce wasnt even sauce it was legit tomato paste. PLEASE give me a refund

My was incorrect. It was burnt around bread stick edges that were supposed to be cheese sticks that had cinnamon on it. I know this because I had an allergic reaction and had. To go to hospital the food was room temperature I called them up to tell them about it and the lady said she would get the delivery driver to come back and get it when he got back still yet no one
