Red Lobster

Food was good. Service is usually great but this particular night our server acted like she didn't want to be there. No refills on drinks. Not once. Had to pile up empty dishes at the edge of the table ourselves. They were never carried away. Our usual server was there and he came and said hello. Just shows you the attentive nature of different people. Overall we've had a positive experience here. This particular server just acted like we were a nuisance. Won't keep us from going back, just won't have her as a server.

This place is a joke!! I come to pine bluff often and I’ve ate at this red lobster a few times and it’s never been anything to brag about, but tonight 6/10/22 was just absolutely horrible. Im staying in a hotel and ordered thru door dash. All of my food is cold, no dressing for the salad, no utensils and my clam chowder looks like a bowl of watery milk. I’ve called the restaurant and I’ve been on hold for over 15 minutes. This place is definitely not worth the $70 I just spent.

Hey All We stop in Pine Bluff Arkansas at Red Lobster and had a nice dinner and the staff was very friendly and helpful getting us to our table my popcorn shrimp was delicious my wife had fish and chips and of course the butter garlic biscuits were awesome . Our waitress was Kadejah T and was very nice and helpful Thanks for a great meal

Used to come to Red Lobster when it first came to PB. Stop going,got burnt out on it. So me and my kids decided to give it a try. It's sad we ordered all that food and sad to say it was mostly horrible. But the presentation I loved!!! But the food was horrible. The flavors,and taste just wasn't there. The dessert was okay(didn't care for the brownies).

It has been over five years since I frequented this Red Lobster, and NOT much has changed! In fact, server, Miss. K, is still serving in perfect style with her sweet, kind, thoughtful ways. Food was delicious, clean bathroom, paper MENUS (COVID safe), facility clean with social distancing tables clearly posted. I rarely visit franchise restaurants but RED LOBSTER is one of my favorite where ever I travel. Thank you Management.
