Pizza Hut

Wow. Ordered and they cancelled but charged me. Called and the person who answered was acting as if I didn’t want the pizza and in the manner of ohh screw you guy attitude I don’t want to be here voice. if I didn’t want the pizza I wouldn’t have ordered it from here.Last time they charged me and never delivered it I reached out via complaint and got no response. At least with this review people can spend their money elsewhere where they value the customer. I mean cmon 2 medium pizzas 1 wings 70 dollars and no que papás so shortage of items but not laziness. Thanks but no thanks.

Unbelievable I placed an order at exactly 8:35pm and didn't get anything called multiple times thru the offices finnely got a hold of someone was transfered multiple times to "talk to someone" decided to drive to the store and it was closed. Wow really. Got charged and didn't get anything and no one can help me....

The driver call me three times within a 3 minute span, I called home back on the 4th minute 5th minute and 6th minute, he didn’t respond. I called the Pizza Hut location and they stated that the driver was already back at the location. Makes no sense, super unprofessional, and thanks for ensuring my family didn’t get our food after paying $60 for a pizza and wings, this is the fourth time I’ve ordered from this branch and the last.

I believe first that the drivers must be trained better. We were on the phone for a good ten minutes trying to explain to the driver how to get to my home. Then, because of an online goof, I called to pay for my order with card , but the csr couldn’t pull up my order because the driver had been put back into the system before he got back to the store (by the way) . I was on the phone again with the csr for another ten minutes on hold as he was trying to figure out how to charge me. I ended up opening my kids piggy banks to get the cash out. Then! The csr called me back after the driver had left to ask if the driver left yet because he hadn’t got back to the store. This was inappropriate and unacceptable . I was trying to enjoy my now cold pizza at this point. We don’t order much from Pizza Hut nor do we have things delivered much, but this was a horrible experience. One that I don’t think was right to get charged for.

Terrible service. There were plenty of people in the back yet it one person at the register and took long to help each customer. There were several customers that were told one or all of their order was never made. One of my pizzas was not made and I was told "straight up, we forgot to make your pizza". I did not like the way this employee spoke to me and thought I would be "cool" with that. I waited for service and the pizza that was never made for about 35 min. I would not return to this location.
