Mcdonald's

So today around 7pm I had the worst experience ever at this McDonnalds with the manager. He refused to accept a coupon from the app, a coupon that I’ve used before. He was rude and raised his voice and I asked to talk to someone else and he just turned and kept doing something else. I asked him for a # where to put a claim and his answer was “Oh I thought you didn’t want to talk to me but someone else” I asked for a # again and for his name and he kept ignoring me while I was there waiting with my kids. I left to the Mcdonnalds on whittier blvd and they got my coupon. Your manager was super rude he should learn how to talk to customers, he’s not profesional at all. I’m sure if you check your cameras you can see his behavior.

I order the big mac meal cashier ask me if I want to big. I said yes. But when I noticed it was a medium cup I told them I wanted a large since it was to go. The assistant told they were out large having another location across the street the. Assistant told that noone else had complained that I was the problem bad customer service. I asked him for his name instead he walk away,this one inside Walmart

Walked to the cashier ordered food while she wiped her nose with her glove. Her attitude was horrible. I paid and she walked away . Didnt give me a receipt or tell me what order number I was. I had no idea who or when they were going to make my order. Finally the other cashier walked over to see if was helped and gave me my order. The original cashier never came back.
