Tierra Mia Coffee

Pastries and coffee options are so unique and delicious - 5/5. The drive thru though is batty and really wish they would invest in fixing it. Also even if there are only a few cars expect it to be a 30 minute ordeal at peak times. It’s quick at off peak. Another reason the drive thru should be fixed because cars start to stack up. The Mocha Mexicana or the non-caffeine hot chocolate are chef’s kiss. Uses abuelita’s chocolate. The tres leches muffins are sooo moist. I’ll keep coming but not as often due to how long it takes and the inconvenience.

One star literally only because their coffee is good. Service? Jury’s out. Apparently they are cool with their drive thru people complaining about you over microphone while taking your order, and also with the same person refusing to acknowledge that they even did that and also saying how it’s our fault he did that, which makes perfect sense. I understand not being able to hear us, being busy, and being frustrated; but maybe if the job causes that much stress to result in this kind of bad service and outright disrespect, maybe that guy should find another type of job. Won’t be going back to this location, mostly because the shift lead didn’t do much of anything to rectify the situation. For the record, we just wanted an apology for what happened, not free stuff.
