Max & Erma's

My grandkids and I had a great dinner at Max & Ermas tonight. The food was mostly excellent. One grandchild had the kids meal pizza which was ok and another grandchild had cheeseburger sliders off the kids menu which he raved about saying it was best cheeseburger hes had. Hes 4 yrs old! My oldest granddaughter had a regular cheeseburger with bacon on it and seasoned fries off the adult menu. She also raved about how good it was. We were all very impressed with the buns used on our sandwiches. They tasted homemade. The hamburger meat was very fresh and cooked just as ordered. I had the Pulled Pork Sandwich on a bun and it was the best Pulled Pork I've had! The kids had mixed fruit as their sides and it was very fresh mixed fruit. To top off the kids dinners they had ice cream sundaes and went to the Ice Cream Bar to load it down with candy, chocolate sauce and whip cream with cherries. This is a great family restaurant and a fun place to take your kids. The service was very good and the prices fair. I would definitely recommend Max & Erma's in Pickerington.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Fantastic servers and phenomenal managers! They went out of their way to make sure our very large orders are perfect every time!! We went there at 10 minutes to close and it was the day we had a memorial service for my mother-in-law. It was a hard day to say the least. When we went there we had our son and our two nephews with us and we ordered over $100 worth of food. The manager and server were phenomenal they went out of their way to make absolutely certain that even though we had a rough day we were going to have an amazing dinner. I can't thank them enough for their kind words and actions. Please go and enjoy you won't regret it!

Very slow service, had no silverware, got the wrong food initially, then the kids couldn't eat their food because the cheeseburger sliders were so overcooked and dry that they choked. We were there for an hour and a half, easily. It wasn't a good experience and was disappointing since the last time we ate there (nearly a year ago) was positive. I don't know what happened. Maybe they're short staffed. The manager did well to come see our kid's food and offer to get them something else but it was too late as my daughter had filled up on ice cubes of all things.

Went to dinner with my husband and was promptly seated at a booth. Our server quickly approached to get our drink order and tell us about the soup of the day and the specials, I believe her name was Trina. We decided on the 3 course meal because the deal was great. We did modify it a bit so I anticipated a few mess ups but everything came out in a timely manner and just as we had asked. We will definitely return to enjoy the delicious burgers and great service!! Thank you!! Returned and asked for Trina again....she does not disappoint....she was in the bar area and from our count servicing 8 other people and we couldn’t tell the difference....she is amazing!!!! Thank you Trina!!! And thank you M&E for hiring great servers!!!!
