Bojangles

They may have had an off day when we were there. I had to ask for my change. They gave me spicy fingers which I did not request. My drink was a mystery. My son and I couldn't figure out what it was. I ordered Dr. Pepper. The fingers that weren't spicy were very good. And the biscuits wet awesome. Will try again one of these days because this had to just be a one-off event.

Ordered a few meals two with wings and some Bo Berry biscuits. Said it would be 8 minutes on wings asked if I wanted to substitute or wait. I choose to wait since the wings belonged to someone else. Sadly 8 minutes turned into 15 minutes. When she finally came out she was missing an order asked what I was missing and went back in. Came back with the missing order expected at least an apology or a thank you but nothing. Of course got home opened up the box of Bo Berry biscuits to be disappointed again. Two of the biscuits were so flat they should have thrown them out. This was my second time getting Bojangles from this location. The first time was better however I did have to wait at that time too.

I have been going to this Bojangles for a long time and has been in steady decline since it opened. It's slow, my order to this day in last 6 months have .never been right. The biggest problem is you never know when they are open. I stopped today at 9:20 and the doors were locked. There was someone inside sitting on their phone. If the biscuits weren't so good I'd never go back. Leadership of the place is severely lacking.
