For a 24/7 convenient store. This store locks their doors? Almost everyday around 5 am, I've been going to this location waiting for the bus, when ever I decide to get a drink or some snacks while waiting for the bus, their doors are always locked with chains with a sign saying that they'll be open at 5 am on a 24/7 open convenience store? If the employees are getting away with this by locking their doors and still getting paid without any consequences from managers or even a district managers, I would love to work there not giving any effort in working because either district manager or any higher up doesn't care either. At least it'll be free cash with little effort to put into it.

Trying to shop here is like a toss up with a 50-50 chance of it being open or not. This 711 has been closed for almost a week now with signs that say “Closed for cleaning”. So why has it been closed all the other times with no sign? At all different hours? The sign on the door says it opens at 5am. Only on Wednesdays is someone ever there before 6am, you know, when the responsible guy is there. That’s pretty inconvenient for a convenience store. There have been times when I’ve pulled up to see the clerk, who is handling a customer, walk from behind the counter, walk to the front door and lock it so nobody can come in, at 4:00-5:00 in the afternoon. Like screw you. You don’t want my money? Why do you even have a business? What’s the point? When’s it convenient for you for me to shop there? I sincerely hope this place either fails or changes hands to people that understand REGULAR HOURS MEANS REGULAR CUSTOMERS.

You know when people say they wish they could rate 0 stars? This 711 is exactly the kind of place they mean. I've been in there all of 2 times and the older guy has been insufferably rude both times. Most recently, I went in to ask for water for my fiance who was overheating while waiting on the bus. He has a heart condition and was in danger of having a heart attack or stroke. I got maybe 2 steps into the store when he barked at me to get out because I had an empty water cup from taco bell. I asked for water and he just told me again to get out because he wasn't going to let me get any. Considering the fact that his rude attitude very nearly cost a life , this place needs to be either shut down or restaffed. The expired food alone should have had it shut down and brought up to code with new management a long time ago. The fact that nothing has been done despite numerous complaints of expired food and rodents is unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint with the health department as well as a few other places I think would be interested in investigating. Y'know...because corporate clearly doesn't care that this festering boil of a store is making them look bad. Have fun when someone sues you jackwagons.

I bought a refillable cup at this location and have been using it after work for a couple if weeks. I Went in this morning and the worker, named Robin, pointed at it and said “get that out of here”. I told him I’m just here for a refill and he said no he does not allow refills. I told him I’d been coming here for several weeks refilling it and he told me to get out of his store. I asked him why is he selling them if he is not going to honor the refill policy. He just told me to get out. So I told him I would like a refund he said “you didn’t buy that here.” I pointed at the many cups he has for sale and said you obviously sell them and this is one of your cups. He told me to get out. And I would like to add I saw a mouse in the store. Disgusting I’ll never be back to a 7-Eleven again

Today (10/5/18) at 123pm I went to buy a bus card. The older gentleman told me I had to buy something from the store besides the bus card to use my debit card. I told him I'd bought it before like this with no issue and he stated that he wanted the employees name cause they were not suppose to sell it like this and he wasn't making money and was going to be charged a card fee. He told me he wouldn't t sell it to me or to go to the ATM and withdraw money or buy something from the store over $1. The employees that I have dealt at this store in the past have demostrated customer service. I myself have worked customer service over the counter and face to face. I'd give this guy 0 stars but the rest of the crew that i have dealt with a 4 to 5 stars. I will think twice of going here and look first inside before I go in and buy anything.
