Taco Bell

It has been quite a while since I have shopped this store and I enjoyed my visit this time. While they have the new shopping kiosk in the store, even with only four people behind the counter, one person quickly came to the counter to take my order. In no time at all, my order was made the way I wanted and I was ready to go. Great, friendly service, food freshly prepared to order, store was clean and I am sure I will shop at this store when I am in the area! ~Doc~

When I walked into the restaurant I was pleased to see how clean it was and how quick the service was. I have to say I wasn't too happy about being asked to order on the Kiosk because I feel that doesn't provide customer service. I agreed either way because the manager asked me nicely and the drive thru was busy. I sat and had my meal there and just watched the employees work together and make sure the lobby was perfect and clean. I think the employees I was observing were training because they really put their heart and soul into their job. I sat there for a while even after eating just because I was enjoying the environment and was in no hurry to leave.

So we did have to wait to get our order taken and it was a little frustrating but you're employe Jose was amazing. He needs a raise! he's taking orders, moving the line and was washing dishes. As long as you have great customer service I will be willing to wait so thank you Jose for even going along with my silly husband's ordering and the other two employees with him for serving fresh food for our late night craving.

I got to say, first off, Taco Bell is my favorite place to eat fast food. Second, I came here at a bad time which is my own fault. The line was super long, but the employees here handled the situation really well. The guy taking orders over the headset Told me to ask the second window about an adjustment to my order. I forgot and I asked him instead, but he was super cool about it. The second guy was getting my drink ready and he had a ponytail and was super polite. I ordered the potato with cheese sauce, which by the way is amazing. I was in the parking lot and a guy next to me saw me eating it and said he always gets the same thing and we were talking about how ironic it is that Taco Bell has these amazing potatoes. The problem is I think not that many people know about the potatoes, so the guy at the window told me to go park in the parking lot and wait for a minute because they were cutting up fresh potatoes. He hustled outside to find me and told me that it would be one more minute. I really appreciated that he came all the way outside to me to tell me that. Then he came back out with my order and was just optimal customer service all around with both of the employees I interacted with. Well-managed location and the food is obviously always good. To the manager, it was about 1255 pm when I placed my order, so I appreciate your management style, but I also hope that you can let the employee taking orders with the headset and the employee with the ponytail to know that they did a fantastic job.
