The Snap Lounge

This bar has four bar box pool tables the bar itself is pretty bar bones - full of friendly natives and has a dj playing music nearly every night. They have pool league on certain nights and they have pool tournaments on Sundays and Mondays currently. The bar adds prize generous money. There is no food or kitchen but they allow you to bring food in from other local places. I have never been there when there was no chance of catching a game of pool.

I accidentally fell asleep in the light rail and ended up in phoenix. I came here to use the phone because my metro pcs ran out of minutes. It was cool here they let my dog inside and even gave him some water. Only problem was someone stole my dogs Dallas Cowboys jersey. Other than that i’d come back.

The bar is a neighborhood dive, with cheap prices, jukebox, multiple TVs to watch anything you want. There are several pool tables and league play for those that are interested. They had a fire a few months ago so there is no draft beer at the present time, but I was told that repairs would be underway shortly. They have a covered smoking area outside. Ample parking lot surrounding the building. Both parking and the bar are handicapped accessible as well as the restrooms. Restrooms, bar, parking lot and smoking area always clean on any of my visits. It's big enough to have a private party in your own little section, which I have attended a couple. They used to have entertainment at night occasionally, but I don't think much has happened in that regard since Covid. Brent is the manager/day bartender. I've known him for a few years and he always has a smile on his face. A good man. There is a large Native American presence here which was a nice change of pace for me.
