Dunkin'

Well - it’s an airport Dunkin Donuts. Shocked at all the poor reviews from folks who seem to think this should be a 3* Michelin restaurant (and still be open serving hot food and cold coffee 24/7). The girls serving at 3-4am were excellent, polite and helped us get our caffeine and sugar fix. There was plenty of space to sit and relax.

KERSTIN greeted me, got my drink and hot food, and got me on my way. She took care of business in a hospitable and friendly way. Food and beverage service has been all over the news for all the negatives. This young lady proves that there are high quality - great staff with welcoming attitudes (early in the morning) who get you on your way to your flight with a smile. THANK YOU KERSTIN - you made my day! For DD management: the hospitality industry as a whole could take Kerstin's example and run with it to improve their functions. This does not appear to be a one-time transaction as she followed up with the other customers in a similar fashion - working through the line.

I’m not sure many people are worthy of 1 star reviews. These are probably just from stressed out or angry travelers. Don’t take it out on the donut man. Service and quality has always been good when we stop here. The line up is always reasonable and the prices seem a little more than normal but that is or for the course at the airport. We will be back again for our caffeine fix.
