Mcdonald's

Pulled up to drive thru, ordered placed, no response after, no price or pull forward. So pulled forward, never came to 1st Window, pulled to 2nd Window. Finally came to Window & they had no clue what my order was. Then took my money & proceeded to tell me they didn't have change. That it all will be donated to the Ronald McDonald house! I don't believe it, the guy was laughing the entire time! Do that enough times a night & the employees make a good amount of money by the end of the night! Food was cold!!!!!! Hamburgers sitting sideways in the bag! Homeless guy staring straight at me from the side door. Forcefully bugging me for money with a nasty attitude! Don't bother!!!

Their real times are 5am to about 9:45pm but their drive thru stays open until 9:55. I tried to edit their times online so you don't have to wait early morning or waste time walking near closing time. Idk if these are just worker chosen times or if the employees choose their open times themselves. Took the liberty to do all of this while I wait for their 5am open time. Plus there is puke everywhere outside from transients. Yuck.

I really like how they updated the place. But unfortunately staff is not professional. Starting with Destiny. Does not seem to be a good remodel for her Crew. I've waited 20 minutes for my food. I asked to speak to Manager and was treated with disrespect. Air conditioner in kids Area also not working. The place needs Cleaning really bad. Foul language is used in the kitchen that i can hear in seating area. I would not recommend this place.

We went there for lunch 1 person working the front counter, tons of people waiting around the Kiosks & counters complete chaos, you honestly couldn't tell who had ordered or was waiting to order, delivery drivers going right to the ordering counter in front of everyone in line. You should have 2 people working the counter at lunch even if that means you need to pull a shift supervisor or manager to do so. Also no hours posted on doors for lobby or drive thru operations unprofessional in my opinion store employees can lock the doors at various times for closing.
