Pizzario Phoenix

I'd like to start this review off by saying that I don't know anyone who works here or the owners. So I decided to order pizza on a Tuesday night. I know crazy because everyone knows that's taco day. When I called the guy on the line seemed to be glad I called in. I asked what were the specials and he explained they had one special going on. He was polite and patient even through my delays from time on the phone. After I ordered about 30 minutes went by and I realized I didn't receive an ETA for my pizza. When I called back he said that his driver had left 7 minutes ago. His driver then called and I explained where I was located. I met him downstairs and noticed the gentleman was carrying more food than I had anticipated. Since I wanted half a specialty pizza and half cheese he went ahead and gave me two mediums. One of each. It was going to cost me extra anyways as the specialty wasn't part of the deal. In any case you can admit that having more pizza is never a bad thing. The guy wouldn't even take a tip. He explained he was the owner and would rather me order more food at a later date than tip him. I told him thanks and that I appreciated it. The food was great to say the least. Wings tasted super fresh and the sauce tasted like it had just been made. The garlic knots were delicious and also tasted fresh out the oven. Last but not least the pizza was outstanding. All sauces tasted fresh and very delicious. The bread was a little dryer than I like it to be but still very delicious. This place definitely deserves 5 stars for hospitality alone. The food is just extra. These two owners will be very successful with service and timeliness like this. Thanks guys.

Not worth the hassle and lack of customer care. Billy went dark a couple weeks before the event, after a significant deposit was paid. Thankfully they showed up to the event but forgot half the food and were very unprofessional. Seems like he took on more than he could handle. I would recommend finding another caterer or food service provider. Interesting response... didn't mention in my original review that this was for a wedding... just saying... see attached photo of name on invoice.
