I have been going to this location for many years, and I’ve always had a pretty decent experience with them. The place could be a bit bigger or get a remodel in my opinion but overall they are pretty fast as well as efficient with the orders. Never really have had any problems with any of my orders. Good place to go if you want a quick sub. 4/5 stars.

This is cleanest Subway I've ever seen in the Valley. The shop is emaculate and the food is fresh. I was Empress ed at the level of customer service as well. I will be coming here next time we want Subway even though I live in North Phoenix.

I came in this restaurant a couple years and I swore I'd never come back. I recently moved back and the last 7/8 months I've been going to this location and RJ helped me out he's the absolute best employee they have ! so helpful and fast. Amazing customer service! Is he manager yet?

This location has improved alot with there renovations and especially with the new female manager. I'll get her name the next time I eat there and give her the credit she deserves.

Just another chain sandwich shop. Food is standard fare. Service was what you expect when they only have 2 employees. They at least giving there best to get sandwiches out in timely manner.

Hey @Subway This Subway at 19401 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024 is by far the best Subway I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. All 3 employees were completing tasks while having realistic, unrehearsed conversations with me. It was awesome and I'll be back. @Subway, watch how they do it and replicate it. Or...?

Best subway and sandwich shop in the area. My wife and I will drive past Quiznos to get here because the service is so much better. All of the employees are kind and make great sandwiches and wraps and are fast! A gentlemen who works nights i believe his name is Curtis is one of their best employees but they are all good!
