This is a great subway, it's very close to where I live and I often order ahead with the app which saves so much time. I'm able to wait at home for my food to be ready and then pick it up. It's as simple as; walk in, confirm name on order, pick up, leave. There have been a couple times that the sub crafters have had a bad attitude or were short with responses but I'm never there long enough for it to have any negative effects on my experience although I definitely notice. I've never had a problem with the food and will definitely continue to come here for my subs.

It was lunch time, not very crowded when I went in, only 2 people ahead of me.
There were only two people working. One was incredibly good at her job, even when dealing with all of the 7 customers that came in after me. One struggled a bit, but was doing his best and very friendly.
