Dunkin'

I don't leave reviews often, but these folk deserve more than a great review. They are all very kind and each time they go out of their way to make sure my order is satisfactory. Though I've never complained, never asked for additions or compensation for out of stock items, etc. They. Always. Come. Through. You might be a cynic and say, "that's just good customer service", but for good customer service, you must have a good individual employed who invests their own will, values and effort into the job (something that can't be driven by a paycheck, especially not with today's cost of sh-t). From my personal experience, lots, if not most humans dgaf about making your experience in life nicer. How this location has a mix of kids and adults who do give a f- is incredible.

Donuts were fresh. Price is good. They were friendly even tho I think the guy was new because we was trying to remember each donut we wanted instead of grabbing a box and putting them in while we picked! I was like...this may be easier to put in a box as we pick cause there is no way you are going to remember all this!! But overall it was a good Dunkin!

I've been coming here for a few years now. I get something here usually every Sunday. Doesn't matter if the lines are long or the days the cashiers are having bad days. They sometimes get a bad rep here but they do the best they can with it usually always being busy and it being near the freeway. There's always lots of traffic so I get the lines inside and through the drive thru. Last Sunday I ordered something there was a new girl there (forgot to ask for her name) the line was really long and it took longer than usual but she had a smile on her face she seemed a little stressed (someone had honked behind me) I yelled at them to be patient. Told her not to pay no mind. She was doing a good job. For any employee that sees this. Don't let the rude customers get to you. In the end they lose. They have to wait regardless so now they're mad and they still have to wait haha keep up the good work. Keep a smile on your face don't let nobody phase you guys!

I had such a nice experience at this location. It was a little busy when I got there, but the staff were so efficient, welcoming and acknowledging of me as soon as I entered the doors. So far the store is still operating on a "No dine-in" policy, so the tables and chairs are stacked in the corner, but after speaking with the staff their plans are to soon be dine-in. I did not ask if the bathrooms were open to the public, but there was a strip of tape directly across the entrance, so I guessed they were not.
