Howdy I’d like to express my appreciation for the consistent and kind service from this specific location time after time. I do however would like to make a complaint about “Bridget” who does not fit in the customer service this location is known for. I ordered the same thing I do every 2 weeks for 3 years in a row so I definitely know their vibe! Unfortunately they made me the wrong pizza, no big deal! With a friendly attitude I said can you fix this kindly. She said sure without any offer to make anything right I waited the extra time for them to cook the correct pizza and I asked for a lemonade since I didn’t bring my water since I planned on picking up my order and rolling out. So she went to ring me up have me pay for a lemonade while I waited for her to fix their mistake. I just found her attitude to be snotty and no kindness whatsoever. I asked her so you’re going to charge me for a lemonade wile I wait for you to fix my order? How awkward I would have to ask for such a thing! The normal customer service would have said can I get you anything while you wait and sorry about that! Nope she had zero care in the world and took the incorrect pizza back like it’s her win and made me feel uncomfortable to ask for a lemonade and made it clear she would charge me for the strawberry one. I am in no way petty or cheap but her whole vibe just doesn’t represent Sauces outstanding 5 star service and friendly people who genuinely care. I want sauce to know how wonderful this location has been and she just has a chip on her shoulder with KIND LOYAL customers! She can’t even fake a good attitude. Hope you know if you see bad reviews coming it’s not your other people. Thank you for your delicious food and amazing care all the other times from our family’s kitchen table we are always grateful for that. Hence the 5 stars. Best thin crust in town and chicken Caesar salad and cookie hands down! Just amazing quality!

This was a decent experience for a pizza place. They used fine ingredients and it was nice to sit with my grandmother at their tables that were clean and have dinner with her. I just like more thick crust pizza rather than the thin crust kind that they served was all. But I do enjoy the flavors that they have.
