Arby's

I've been to this Arby's location multiple times. While I have only gone through the drive-through my order has always been correct, hot and very quick. The 4 star rating is Only because I can't give honest feedback on the interior of the store. That said, I expect that when I do have the time and opportunity to go in, it will be clean and friendly as it appears to be going through the drive-through.

Quality of service for walk in customers has diminished over the past year. Drive thru speakers are not friendly to hearing impaired and thus, I usually prefer to walk in. However, being treated as a third rate customer...drive thru, delivery services, then counter customer, has left a distaste. By the way, Arby's is not the only company, that this seems to be standard now.

Unfortunately I found myself at this place on the tail end of a month long slumber consisting of drinking heavily and sleeping to much. I'm not sure if it was the roast beef that woke me up on my last day of the snooze fest, but something I ate there certainly caused me to feel like there was a tear in my colon. Ironically, I didn't eat for a few days after this until I got over the poisoning. Despite these facts I give them 5 stars across the board cause I was unable to sleep with the pain from my Lowe abdomen and because of the stomach ache I was able to claim 4 solid days of sobriety. Arby's: A blessing and a curse.

I I had a five for five coupon. But the app wasn't working at first, my phone was part of the problem. Inspite of glitch after glutch the gal behind the counter was so sweet and patient and willing to find all kinds of ways for me to enjoy my coupon deal. However once I sat down to eat, I immediately could taste the dryness of the stale buns. I'm sure this was a one time only situation so I overlooked it. As for atmosphere it was an older store it was quiet but it was clean everybody was really friendly.
