This is a gem off of Grand Avenue is worth checking out. I went and will continue to go every first Saturday of the month. My first time going was an experience. From the graffiti and psychedelic cat artwork to the open outdoor seating I promise you will love it. I love the fact I can party and eat ice cream filled doughnuts in the same area. Come party and eat especially on the first Saturday of each month.

Have you ever just wandered around and stumbled upon a place that makes you feel nostalgic? Are you an 80's kid, a 'Stranger Things' fan, or a lover of unique places? Do you like comfort food, healthy options or do you need both (you, yes you, that couple - you know what I'm talking about)? Tots 👍, grilled cheese 🤤, jackfruit vegan tacos 😳 - see what I'm talking about. Just stumble on by and check it out 😎.

Third Space is a varied space on Grand Avenue. An assortment of mini buildings behind the main building bring more intricacy to the 'space'. Especially Novel Ice Cream Shop! (Rated one of the top 20 best eateries in Arizona). This Space hosts local acts bý night. By day, a relaxing oasis, with a large patio area. Yummy food if your hungry. After the art gallery aspect of Phoenix First Friday, local artists gather here. :)

I’d give them 6 stars if it would let me! The Sunday brunch is incredible! Awesome vibe and wonderful staff. We enjoyed the well kept, outside patio looking at the businesses that reside in the tiny houses, including Novel, the famous Ice Cream stuffed donut shop. Plus the $5 bloody Mary’s are amazing!! And it’s on Grand Ave, my favorite art district & neighborhood in Phoenix and the art here is top notch!! America needs more slices of Heaven escapes like this!! Positive attitudes & love! ❤️ 5 stars!!

Was looking for a coffee shop that also served a late brunch and found ThirdSpace via Google Maps. Sat at the bar, and, while other patrons were drinking beer and assorted cocktails, I ordered my first cup of the day’s coffee and the glazed French Toast brunch special. Pleasantly surprised that I was I able to get a robust, hot, cup of coffee, and a very tasty order French Toast. My server was very pleasant and attentive. Wish I would have experienced this place sooner because they lost the lease and are closing at the end of the month. Hoping they can re-open close by.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of ThirdSpace. The live music was a nice change of pace from what we have grown used to over at Sidebar. We stopped here after eating some pizza across the street, so regretfully we weren’t hungry for any of the food. Next time I get a craving for an ice cream sandwich desert, I’ll make sure to stop here first.

Visiting from the Central California Coast to see my brother and family. Big fan of my local comedy scene so wanted to check it out with my Bro AZ style. Found ThirdSpace while searching online. The venue and their Thursday Happier Hour caught my eye and I felt a simpatico vibe. We came, we sat, we were greeted warmly, we ate, we drank, we saw killer comedy...a cornacopia of local talent and major laughs. Great staff, chill neighborhood hang out. I will be baaaack Arnold style ha ha! Anyone local OR visiting don't walk...RUN to this place and check it out! FAN GIRLING here, Thank you ThirdSpace and Happier Hour comedy show...I now have a great memory to carry with me everywhere! xoxo

After a long walk under the sun, this is the perfect place to be, having a glass of your favorite beverage with your partner. The ambience is something like what you see in a Tarantino movie..cheers!

Great chill vibe. Wonderful outdoor area. Came here for a few beers while my husband rode his bicycle in DTP. Great beer selection! I didn't order any food but people in our group did and the Ahi Tacos looked amazing! Super cool bar in cute neighborhood/small business area will definitely be back. The tiny house restaurants next door were super adorable.

Open Mic, Monday night!! Such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Cozy, good date spot. Lively enough to break the ice, but quieter areas to talk. Sweet, genuine staff members. And the food was not what you’d typically expect from a bar- very flavorful & healthy. Good beers too. I’ll be back soon!!

Popped into this funky little spot on a whim. Pleasantly surprised. We split the breakfast burrito, (amazingly delicious) had one of their bloodies and marvelous conversation with everyone hanging at the bar. The outside space in the back is adorable with other neat little small businesses to explore. Definitely will be returning to partake in a first Friday event.

AWESOME place for a laid back vibe. Ordered the Hummus appetizer tray 😍 served by the friendliest staff, so professional. Great music, good vibe, nice outdoor patio or sit indoors. Drinks were on point 👍 🍺

Most of the food here is very decadent and extremely flavorful. I believe they use local produce and ingredients. The humus plate here is the best in town! The drinks are not weak and the prices are within the norm for the average bar drinks. The entertainment is top notch, with a range of comedy to live music and karaoke.

We played board games in their patio. The bartenders were friendly. The crowd had a few people perhaps on substances other than alcohol for a Friday night. I've heard the food is amazing, but the transient population would scare some away. Keep an open mind.

I found out about ThirdSpace through doing stand up there. I feel in love with the atmosphere, food, drinks and overall vibe of the place. The patio is fantastic and so is the staff! They are always so helpful & friendly. I seriously cannot get enough of their sandwich "The Count". My favorite! Recommend this place to all my friends. Great spot to either start off your evening or just chill there.

So .. Today I went out for lunch after building sets for Comicon downtown.. The only place open that early on Grand ave was Third Space (2pm) .. Hadnt been in since they were doing Film Nights a few years back and decided to check it out and try out a new place to eat lunch while we're building sets for a couple of months.. Came in the heat of the day to two very nice servers behind a cool bar and ordered a grilled cheese and red pepper bisque that was great. Aftert my lunch, sat around for awhile and enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and tried to pay for my lunch with a $100 dollar bill (the holographic kind). They politely told me they couldnt break it and asked if I had anything smaller, I said no, and they again politely pointed me to the ATM for which I had no card.. I said keep the hundred and I'll come back after work and collect the change minus tip. Relaxed for 20 minutes before heading back to work .. Why would I leave my hundred and trust them? Because we're all part of the same tiny downtown Phoenix art scene and Third Space has been around for a hell of a long time, like me. I knew I could leave my money there especially since i'd supported their business in the past and the servers we're so cool about the situation. Left Third Space and went back to work until closing, then went back to my gallery, had a shower and headed over to Third Space for a drink and my change.. The guy, apparently the owner, (tats and beard) came over and asked me what I was drinking. Told him I left my money with them earlier because they couldnt make change. He went to the point of sale system hit some buttons and turned around and rudely said to me "I have no idea why they would do that" .. Embarrassed, I asked him if he was mad at me, when he blurted out WHATS YOUR PROBLEM?!!.. Told him I was just here to have a drink and grab my change and said there was ZERO reason to be angry with me as I was just here eating lunch earlier and they couldnt break the bill, AND I left without $90 dollars in change because the servers said that would be fine.. They even left a note in the register explaining why?!! Told him if theres a problem take it up with your servers, dont yell at your customers.. He turned around with the hundred, threw it on the bar and said DONT COME BACK, we dont want your business.. Pretty apparent after a tantrum like that I wouldnt.. Drove down the street, got change for the bill, returned, walked in, paid it and told him we both have all the same friends (theyve even done events in his place) even though he doesnt know me yet I trusted his business with my change, I told him I couldnt understand why he lost his composure over a lunch bill! He told me to get out, called the cops and told them that I threatened patrons HAHA whiskey tango foxtrot?!?!?! All over eating a good lunch at his place AND trusting him with my $90 in change?!?! He then walks out and throws a crumpled up ten dollar bill at me and says "There, I paid for your lunch" G T F O of here ?!?! I stood on the sidewalk and waited for the cops to arrive for about 20 minutes, and explained to them my side of the story. They were very polite and laughed about my story. They told me the guy seemed like he had a chip on his shoulder, especially considering it was all over NOT having enough change in his drawer or pockets to change a hundred dollar bill.. Anyway.. They trespassed me from the property at his request.. Thats not how you treat a customer or old school gallery owners.. Thanks to the ladies for being so cordial and sorry you have to work with that guy..
