Oriental Express

Ok...for some reason my comment ended up at Dunkin Doughnuts....any how....my family for 15+ years and if it hadn't been good we wouldn't have been going to Oriental Express for that long. We take friends to this and they too love it. If they mess up TELL THEM and SAVE the receipt...so they can fix it and make you happier. The food recipes have not changed and when you take food to go....it's still VERY hot and fresh.

My mom & I have been eating here since like, 1997, off & on over the years. I introduced my husband & sis-in-law in 2013 to this place, & they looked it, too! Throughout the last 20 years, this restaurant has remained CONSISTENT, which is flabbergasting GREAT!!!! When you find a restaurant & it serves yummy food, has really nice employees, who pile in the food, not skimping while also not overcharging, then you've found a winner!!! Oriental Express is that winner, to me! I've had problems, lots of problems, w/ Panda Express - Chinese fast food, so I was very happy, Friday night, finding this place still open, still in business, & still the same.....again, consistent & great! On the corner of Union Hills & 19th Avenue, it's sitting in a strip mall's parking lot; there's lots of parking spots & it's open, EVERY SINGLE DAY, from 11am to 9pm. See again, consistent! Great job!! Inside is filled w/ lots of tables & hard bottomed chairs, a tv w/ Jeopardy usually, playing, & a Coca-Cola brand soda fountain for plenty of refills. The inside is very bright inside & cool temps; you can look outside the wrapped windows, (which are clean to match the clean linoleum floors & tables) & people watch, or watch cars driving by, on 19th Ave. This restaurant - all around, is chill & non-threatening.
