Satay Hut

So pretty cool food truck event my apartment community did for us. Satay hut was the food vendor. I'm glad they had some adventures food. Now if your taste buds aren't ready for peanuts and cilantro and Chile flavors this may not be the best place for you. The Bali slider was that different kind of burger that I didn't know I needed. The peanut and the sweet chili flavors were delicious. The crunchy chip topping was just over the top I want to know what flavor the chips were. The grilled chicken skewers were topped off perfectly with the peanut sauce. I don't know how to tell you these flavors go together you just kind of have to try it. It all works and it smelled delicious. It was fun watching people be adventurous with food. my nieces are all down for trying everything new because of me and I love that they like everything about this place. Even without the sauce the chicken skewers in the pork skewers were amazing for the kids who don't like peanuts. Picky kids approved and picky adult approved.

The BALI Burger is where it's at! A beautiful EXPLOSION of flavors and unlike ANY burger you've ever had (well, at least for me). Everything I have had from Satay Hut has been phenomenal but I find myself craving the Bali burger. It is a splendid and refreshing reminder that gourmet foods still exist at a reasonable cost! These guys TRULY know how to satisfy a picky pallette! A perfect combination of spice, juicey sauce, and the perfect bun! Try the Bali burger. It is heavenly.
