I come in once a day just about. They are friendly and understanding. I bring my very shy large puppy for a pup cup as I get my coffee and they even brought my items to me because of my shy puppy. I really appreciate them.

It's just like any Starbucks but one of the workers gave me a free apple croissant because apparently they made too many (?) so this place gets 5 stars from me especially for the beautiful croissant-gifting worker.

I was a partner back in the 90s. There was so much talk of “3rd place” back then. I had such an amazing visit on July 4 where the staff went above and beyond to brew some blonde roast just for me. I genuinely felt seen. The interaction with the staff was authentic and made a true impact on my day. Felt like the good old days. Kudos to this location.

Customer service is always 👌 The drive thru line can get a little nuts with the parking lot, but it moves pretty fast. Order pick up is always a good option, and now that the new reno is completed, inside looks amazing!

I love getting my iced mocha‘s from Starbucks. This is the first time I’ve been to this location and it’s pretty cool is Big inside Nelson tables the service was fast and they were kind and friendly. My orders were right so that’s a big plus.

Super busy but super fast drive thru. Enter off Willetta and please don't block the drive thru exit, doh! And for the love of all that pleases the caffeine goddess, keep it tight in the drive thru peeps! Let's rubber bumper this baby!!

My wife ordered a mobile order ahead of time. I couldn’t even pull into the drive thru lane as the line was backed up down the street going in the opposite direction I was approaching. I wiggled into the parking lot and went inside to get my wife’s drink. She had asked me to get her a cup ice water. After grabbing my wife’s latte, I stood there at the pick up area for no more then 5 seconds with a look of “I need something else” and one of the baristas asked if I needed anything. I thought with a long drive thru line and about 20 other mobile orders sitting on the counter that no one would have time or the care to get me a free water. Well they got it for me and very quickly at that. Keep up the great service!
