Pho Binh Minh

This is literally a mom and pop restaurant. There aren’t young servers here. (At least when we visited) I think mom was running the whole show so if you don’t get serviced maybe try to get her attention she’s probably in the kitchen instead of leaving a one star rating. You’re not gonna get the ambience and hip music. The interior is kinda dirty. But that’s ok there are parts of my house I don’t clean all the time or hardly ever. Just like those mom and pop restaurant that’s been in business for 30+ years, don’t expect any upgrades to the interior, probably the same stuff from when they started out. But that’s not important. They’re there to serve you up some good comfort food. You’re not there for a romantic date with someone you just met. But with your family or kids for a quiet place to eat. I dunno if it’s the msg or what but the pho was really good. I’ve had pho all over California. Never as good as likes of Thahns brothers pho of Seattle. But this reminded me of that salty tasty broth I missed eating on cold rainy days. Anyway I appreciated their large circular table that was able to seat our large group and the smell of charred meat that was on the way to our table. Next time we’re in Phoenix we will stop here again.

The food is great & the lady is super nice. I was a tad bit disappointed by the lack of service but that was before I realized it is the one nice lady trying to run that whole place pretty much but herself. I think they have a man cooking then the lady does everything else, she even helps in the kitchen. The service may be slow sometimes but the lady in there deserves a lot of credit & be patient because the food is worth it.

I come here for lunch during my work week very often. Every item I've had has been delicious and the service is pretty good, just have some patience because it can take them some time to get the food ready. It is worth the wait and will continue to come here. I love their vermicelli noodle dishes the best!

This restaurant is delicious! My friend and I were looking for a nice quiet spot to have a good lunch and visit with each other. We both asked for some modifications to the dishes we like and they expertly prepared them! Thank you so much. The Pho broth was superb. Lovely flavor with a touch of sweetness. Loaded with noodles, vegetables and tofu (my personal modification), served with plenty of fresh lime wedges, jalapeno, basil and sprouts. Spring rolls were served with a delicious peanut dipping sauce. I would highly recommend this place.

OMG!!!!! YOU HAVE TO MAKE A TRIP TO THIS PLACE!!! THE FOOD IS SUPER DELICIOUS!! Authentic Vietnamese Food!! My wife ordered the Pho noodles chicken style. I got the dry noodles pork style. What can I say!!!? It was AWESOME!! The waitress was helpful in the selections too. You won't be disappointed!!!

I like this place. Staffs are kind and nice folks. They make the best pho noodle soup in Arizona. It tastes almost identical to the best well known pho restaurants in Los Angeles and one in San Diego. Only difference is here the soup comes with added lime juice in it. And I quite like the flavor :) If you visit 2nd time the staffs will recognize you but if they don't talk to them for few times and they will remember you and greet you. But srs they make tasty soup!! Won't regret it.

I like the quiet relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy some Asian style soul food. It is the perfect place to go when you have allergies and need to clear out. Essentially the food is a super fancy soup that is well spiced and tasty. It is a little gem tucked away where you wouldn't expect it. It is a classic Phoenician diamond in the rough or hole in the wall, though it is nice and clean inside with quaint decor. A good place to go for a pick-me-up. Enjoy!
