What A Sub

Third time eating here and these guys are consistent. The have a rather large menu which can be overwhelming at first but it's better to have too many options than too few. The subs are fresh. Hot subs are hot and cold subs are cold. If you decide to eat in, expect great customer service. These guys really seem to care. The interior has ample seating and appears to be cleaned regularly. I'm glad I found What-a-Sub as is has proven to be a great spot to slip out of the office for a bit, to grab a bite and unwind.

I had been looking for someplace to eat and I was in the area, Google listed this humble little shop as one of the best sandwiches in phoenix. To keep things short, I agree. The deli meats are fresh and delicious whether hot or cold, and the sandwiches are definitely among the best. Its crazy how this place has been around for so long and it's not any bigger, it absolutely blows all the chain sub restaurants out of the water. Give WHAT-A-SUB a try and you'll be saying the name yourself after your first bite lol

This place is great! I eat here fairly regularly. It’s always super clean and the staff is great. Awesome little local sandwich shop. I had them make two 6’ subs and a 3’ sub for work! (We have about 40 people) it was great! The owner called me to follow up on the order and it was ready exactly when I asked for it! Everyone loved it! Thanks Dave!!!

I Cant believe I never been here before..THIS FOOD IS FREAKIN GOOOOD MAN. The variety, and quality come together to make my new favorite Sandwich place! And when you see the menu, you'll wanna come back again and again, like me, to see it all. It's a little tucked away, but, what this Place lacks in size, it makes up with Flavor. So So Good!

Ok, I went in the Sub shop to get lunch for me and my girl. We both had the number 62 it's turkey and avocado with sprouts on rye. This place is amazing! It has a small town shop kind of feel. If you collect hats and have a extra hat, you can get it up on the wall with rest of the hats. The price is right. The taste is amazing. The staff is so cool very nice service They gave me donuts!
