Smashburger

Danial, who I think was the manager, was outstanding. I get it, you walk in ti a smash burger and kinda just expect a run of the mill burger chain, but Danial elevated that experience to something completely unexpected. Professional, welcoming, and on top of it. The whole staff was great, but Danial really upped my opinion of smash burger.

Honestly Desiree made my first experience at smashburger in Arizona awesome. I walked into a really quiet location for lunch near by my office on a hectic sort of stressful day at work. I was driving through the plaza about to get a sandwich nearby and because I saw wings on the window I chose smashburger- and that's what I told her. Desiree was genuinely happy to take my order & so cheerfully offered the fried onions as a side and I couldn't resist. Thank you for being such an uplifting person and for the care you take in making sure everyone you meet leaves with your contagious positive energy! The sweet chili wing sauce wasn't quite as good as the delicious rosemary garlic and she sometimes to spice it up she puts the garlic on the sweet chili- I told her she should make that her signature sauce and pitch it to smashburger- you're the best, Desiree!

Their burgers are awesome! The burger patties are smash seared, which gives them a little crispy-crisp on the outside and also keeps them juicy in the middle. I don't know what it is about their buns but they are next level delicious. The toppings seem high quality too. I wish they had more locations.

The other day, my husband and I were craving a good burger. Smashburger came to mind, and we headed straight over there. We have never been disappointed with any of their burgers, but the Colorado burger rules. They use a Chipotle bun, grilled Anaheim chilies, pepper jack, AND cheddar cheeses. 😋 I definitely wanted a double, but I didn't need the extra food since we were going out with friends later. Their smash fries are to die-for, but we shared an order of haystack onions, with ranch, that are equally amazing. Please note that they serve Coke products and beer!! Burgers and beer......mmmmmm Thank you, Smashburger, for quenching our undeniable hunger for a burger.
