They're very quick even when short staffed or have long lines. They are always in a good mood. They pay attention and remembers their regular's orders.

They do not listen or pay attention to what you order and are very slow. I only ordered a small latte, and multiple customers got their food and drinks before me eventhough I paid ahead of them. My latte was just sitting on the back counter until I spoke up, then they finished making my drink and it wasn't what I asked for. The worker apologized but then said a smart remark to the co worker. They remade my drink and it tast like dish water. I wish I tasted while still in the store but I wasted enough time there. I will stick to the DD location I usually go to. This location has lost me as a customer.
