Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut has ok pizza and other menu items. The breadsticks are quite good. The employees at this location are not always the most professional. They don’t seem to be interested in working. The customer service when there is an issue needs a lot of improvement. The actual location is in need of a cleaning, inside and outside. The prices are high.

Every time I come in here I get great customer service and the food is hot and right. I am very disappointed and sad at how hot it is inside for the workers. We are at the end of June and the workers did not have working AC. I felt terrible. They are working hard and had a smile on their faces!!! Please fix the AC so us costumers can continue to receive great customer service.

Ordered a pizza with 3 toppings ( pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms) and breadsticks. Breadsticks were great. Pizza was not great; more dough and cheese than toppings. Not enough sauce. Not a good balance of toppings. Felt peppers and mushrooms could have been more plentiful; particularly since of a small size since. Pepperoni a bit bland. Dissapointed. Pizza Hut always had a certain taste and airiness, different from a hand tossed local pizza. You expect a certain taste and quality. Glad I ordered on line which offers coupons/discounts. Likely won't order again. Its a shame as Pizza Hut locations are few.

First I was trying to go to Little Caesars for a deep dish pizza and 2 locations didn't have food but was open. Of course Little Caesars don't compare to the King of pizza which never disappoints which is Pizza Hut!!! The only 1 I go to is Castor and Rhawn St in Philly. All my other favorite locations are closed. I order online and don't need an app. I get rewards including free pizza's for ordering online. They always have a deal and send them to me by email. My food was ready in 10 minutes exactly and I ordered the Big Dinner Box 3 pizza's. It was fresh out of oven and being cut up and packaged in front of me. Very neatly packaged in sturdy box. Thick cardboard so didn't burn hand. Still super warm when I got home which is a 20 minute ride. Cost is affordable at $9 pizza which includes tax. Customer service is great and no line. Parking lot available and street parking. Food is great and we have leftovers for family of 4. Thanks Pizza Hut at Rhawn Street, always saves the day and consistent. Keep up the great work!!!
