Dunkin'

I'm a regular at this location and the employees are always friendly and courteous and upbeat -- and they make an outstanding latte! Every latte is perfect. Not only that but I treated my sister to a latte and a donut on her birthday last week and when they learned it was her birthday everyone behind the counter started clapping and cheering -- it was wonderful!

I came here after work, to wait for my friend who was giving me a ride home. I buy a coffee and donut then sit down to do some homework on my laptop while I wait, and I'm not even 5 or 10 mins sitting there and one of the workers or the manager says I can only stay for 10 mins. Like what? I've sat at Starbucks and other Dunkin's to do work on my laptop before for an hour or two, and I wasn't even gonna wait 30 minutes, plus there was like noone there, only 3 other customers walked in to order and left, noone was sitting in the lobby, so I don't know what the point of giving me a time limit was. I found it very rude and unnecessary, and won't be coming back. There's better Dunkin's elsewhere, and Starbucks especially. What type of Cafe, that's right next to a college, won't let a student sit and do their homework in peace?

Ok its been happening already twice so I have to leave a review. The man sounds very rude and unfriendly. He takes my order, and then at the door tells me ‘sorry cash only’ and closes the door. ???!? He did this twice to me already. Why wouldn’t he tell me beforehand and makes me waste my time waiting? Cannot comprehend.

Horrible customer service, cashier was not paying attention to me when I gave her my order and it came out wrong. Then when I went back to speak with her to get my order corrected she blamed me for not specifying what I wanted after I had stated it clearly to her. Get rid of the tall cashier girl or retrain her.

I was reading through some of the other reviews here. People can be so harsh. I am sure that a majority of these people have never tried to run a business themselves. I stopped in to use the restroom and grab a quick bite. I love Boston Creme donuts and have been very good avoiding them for my new life style. Donuts are bad for your brain, read Dr. Amens books. Anyways, I decided that I would splurge and also wanted some kind of egg sandwich. I am so glad that they now include the calories per serving on their signage. Wow, 600+ for most everything. I settled on a sausage wrap with American cheese, it was around 190 calories. Tasted pretty good except the wrap was crispy around the edges that is my reasoning for the 4 stars. Also the soap dispenser was not working in the bathroom. The staff seemed pleasant, the girl that took my order was very nice. Please be more patient with people. It probably has something to do with people addicted to caffeine and believing that they need coffee before they can begin their day. Grouchy.
