Employees are friendly and mobile orders are promptly ready. A big thing that detracts from the store is the regular presence of individuals who provide the “door opening for tips” service - regardless of your interest. I kinda wish they’d put up some no loitering signs and shoo non-customers away.

I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I work two blocks away. The place looks inviting with a cozy ambiance that sets the perfect mood for a quick treat. The variety of donuts and beverages they offer is impressive.
The service, however, varied among the employees. Some were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. On the other hand, a few seemed disinterested and less eager to assist. It would be great if the level of customer service was consistently high across the board.
Nonetheless, the delicious donuts and tasty drinks make up for this minor inconvenience. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely return for the delightful treats and pleasant atmosphere.

This is one of the best run locations in this area. It's my morning go-to. Just be warned of the morning rush - there's a high school right next door, so Dunkin is swarmed by hungry, hungry hippos around 7:30 +/- . Order ahead on the app and you won't have to wait.

Unbelievable. There are so many Dunkin Donuts in Philadelphia. And literally, out of all of them, this one is the ONLY ONE that does jelly donuts apparently. Incredible. The lady at the counter was very friendly. Recommended.

This place is located right on Broad Street, so it's very walkable. They do have a parking lot, but it's sometimes a bit crowded. The staff are friendly, and the service is rather quick considering how busy they always are.

Place has been here for years. Friendly staff and fast service. Coffee is blazing hot so be careful.

Occasionally there is a line so this Dunks may slow down a bit. That only happens when the nearby school starts up. Otherwise it’s a good place for coffee.
