The delicious pork, beef or chicken is fresh cut by an amazing meat cutter who was a show all by himself. The turkey was moist and perfectly cooked, the pulled pork practicially melted in my mouth. The order taker provided free samples before we ordered. A cooler full of any beverage is about 10 feet long and the decore was fun and chosen to create a giggle. There was also a pepper bar as well as several different sauces that added additional zest for those brave souls who don't care about the long-term survival of their taste buds. One pepper choice knocked the bread off my sandwich it was on FIRE. Just a fun great place to eat. Beware crooks and general bad guys, the law enforcement and EMT staffs who work nearby eat there.

Good and Bad. First the good , the turkey is always great. The service and employees are always great Now the bad , the consistency of the baby back ribs and the brisket. A week or two ago we were there and kept going back to order more baby backs, they were so so good. Lean and lots of rub and spices all over them. Just great. Couldn’t get enough of them , even took some home. Today, baby’s were full of fat no rub no spices , exchanged them , very nice employee swapped them out , but next batch still had fat not as much but still fatty and no rub no spices. Tasted nothing like the ribs on earlier visit. Brisket also , some days great some days not. So to summarize, other then the sides and the turkey which are all great. Brisket and ribs , your gambling on what you will get. And for the prices you pay , you don’t want to gamble . You want to know that what you get will always be good not sometimes will be good. If ribs are coming from different supplier, one that’s cheaper, please advise, so we can stop ordering them Thank you

Update: They contacted me to make things right and the food is good so I changed the rating to 5 stars. Anyone can make mistakes. It is how you deal with it that counts. I highly recommend and I will be going back. My first and only time going there. Was really craving BBQ. I ordered 4 sandwiches and was charged for 4 sandwiches but when I got home there were only 3 sandwiches in the bag. I wont be going back. Almost $50 bucks for 3 sandwiches and a side of beans. No place is that good.

This happened a few months ago. I ordered a baked potato for me and my grandma to share, but when my grandma took a bite she said, "It is too hard that I can hardly bite it with my sensitive teeth." At first I thought maybe it wasn't nothing, but when I took a bite; she wasn't kidding. Even when I add butter and put it in the microwave it was slightly soft. Also, this was years ago, be careful when you get potato salad, because one time my grandpa found a fly in one of the containers. If anybody that loves barbecue and is traveling. They have amazing brisket sandwich, but makes sure they get the order right if you don't want any fat in the brisket. It's taste awesome with their sauce. However, if you ever order a baked potato, make sure don't get it in the hours when they are about to close from 1-2 hours, unless anybody wants to eat hard potato. Also, make sure to keep the receipt in order to resolve the matter. As for the potato salad, just make sure to check for bugs.
