Sales person was very friendly. Was looking for something hot and was happy to wait a few minutes. Also recommended limited toffee muffins.

Came here for the first time for lunch and was greeted with a warm smile from Charmaine (think that's her name!) She was friendly and chatty with my two kids - my eldest boy actually commented how nice she was! Great to see there is still good customer care out there.
