Sales person was very friendly. Was looking for something hot and was happy to wait a few minutes. Also recommended limited toffee muffins.
Came here for the first time for lunch and was greeted with a warm smile from Charmaine (think that's her name!) She was friendly and chatty with my two kids - my eldest boy actually commented how nice she was! Great to see there is still good customer care out there. Had to stop going here after 2 years. Scott, the manager is very rude to customers and has an attitude that other branches in Perth are well aware of. Greggs would benefit from finding a new manager. …
Amazing service. Joe heated up a stack of vegan sausage rolls especially for us. The staff were really friendly.
