Complained that 3 weeks ago one of their staff forgot to add my bacon in my twister at drive thru. The staff took back the twister and with bare hands placed bacon in and wrapped it up and handed it back to me, this was at the peak of the CoViD-19 in Perth. Manager was informed, replied that they would respond shortly and never did. This is not the first time. Avoid unless you don't care about hygiene. Time to inform the health inspector!

Sorry but this consistently the worst KFC I have ever been to. Poor service, confirm order then supply different pieces, begrudging take your order, serve it as if they are in agony, I hate going there and often drive an extra 10 kms to another professional KFC, desperately in need of a total restaff. Only scored 1 star because that’s the lowest on offer.

After we paid and picked up our food and got back home, turns out we only got 4 out of 6 chicken and one of them was tiny and shrivelled up to the point where I'm not sure it's a chicken anymore, they then completely forgot about the chicken tenders. Bright side is, I drove back and asked them about it and got the missing pieces so.. I guess its ok. KFC is KFC.<br/><br/>Coleslaw was weird and had too much dressing in it. Didn't have purple cabbage either :( I was hoping after KFC Hong Kong discontinued their coleslaw I'd be able to eat it again here. Alas, it's not the same weep weep

kids these days just dont care nor does #KFC ,waited 20 min for service 2 piece and chips (no chips )had to wait another 20 mins for chips , no sorry given . got home 5 mins away , everything cold and tiny chips i got were the #worst ever (and this is not the first time from this kfc ) !! i cant wait to eat kentucky and when i do i realize why i now go to nandos , food @ #KFC has no love and certainly is NOT FRESH ! service is just flat out "who cares service" ,, kfc employ some people who cares and deserve to get paid ! and give us some decent cooked, hot , fresh food please , boy how hard is it ????

Went there last night to get a bucket of chicken or 21 pieces. Most of it was over cooked and dry wings and legs. They were small to. I reckon a quail would have more meat on it. Very dissatisfied, will not go there again.

Store is extremely dirty, literally trash on the table. This might be because shortage of employees.. waiting time for food is insanely long, a disgrace to fast food any fast food chain..<br/><br/>The chicken is freaking bland.. i have eaten KFC in 7 different countries across 4 continents and nothing comes close to how bland and tasteless the Karawara's KFC.. one year ago, the KFC was bad in terms of service but now, they have managed to elevate the disgarce to a whole new level..

Headed here for a zinger burger box. The cashier tells me that they don't have any lettuce at the moment, but they can swap it out for a slice of cheese. I was pretty set on getting my KFC fix, so I was like aight, that's fine. Nek minnit, open up my burger box; no lettuce, no cheese, just two stale buns, a shitty excuse for a zinger fillet and 1mL of sauce. Ate the fillet and threw the rest in the bin. Chips were trash and my Pepsi freeze cup was only filled 2/3rds for some reason. Deserves the same treatment as the chicken treat next door, demolish that ****. Yoana Valencia Soegiharto

Do not go here!! Apparently this is "fast food" was waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and had moved 2 places... saw several cars behind me back out but I was trapped in! Had to wait another 10 minutes to be able to escape by jumping the kerb!<br/>Went around the corner to Zambrero ordered a burrito and was on the way home and noticed the car that was in front of me in the KFC line was still there!!! This place is seriously a joke, whoever is running this place would have trouble even running a bath!

Good food. Reasonable service especially for the price. Nice and cheap for between pay checks. It does take an eternity to get your food though. Looking forward to the refurbishment

With my loca KfC outside carousel shut down, I had to resort to the closest alternative which is KfC at Karawara. Immediately, I can fee the difference as the queue moving slower in the drive through zone (there's not even a $9 for 9 chicken promotion going!!). Nonetheless, I got my bucket of chicken and was satisfied because, well, it's KFC chicken!

Bad Customer servers. The stuff used to be very friendly but latly they have been not nice with customer specially when you change something in your order..... Anyway, the head office of KFC should reconsider reviewing customer satisfaction with this branch at karawara.

This KFC used to be a nice run in for a fried feed, but now it has turned pretty bad. The potato and gravy is always burnt, service is very slow and sometimes friendly and they tend to forget orders or get orders wrong.<br/><br/>Was a satisfied customer, but now I reconsoder eating anything from the KFC at karawara.
