Very poor customer service, just look at the fries they served me by a bold Caucasian man. I ordered fries not wedges. Absolutely disgusting.

Bad bad service from the Caucasian lady working at 11pm. She do not give a single care about the work. However the asian lady was okay... Hope they will do something about it...

I tried the cappuchino and the hot choc here. Just drinkable cause they still beverages. To be exact the drinks are tasteless. They are lightly flavoured. I've read comments about people complaining the staff here and can verify that most of them is not really friendly, and they really really overpriced. But yeah they have some good music over here.

We got 2 hot chocolates last night around 11:30. The guy working was so rude. The hot chocolates were the worst I've ever had and they were warm, bordering on cold. Don't waste your money at this place.

I am a regular customer with 6000 acres for couple year, but since few staff has been hired new which they really need to improve their customer service and people skills. I would be happy to share their names up on requests from management as they will lose customers for having rude and unprofessional employees at public’s coffee shop.

Had an excellent experience with the young Nepalese girl (can't remember her name). Despite being clearly overworked and constantly busy with a sea of clearly annoying Taxi Drivers, she kept a smile on her face the whole time and was happy to chat with me. Food was good but service and coffee far better.

Just got off the plane after a full day of travel and wanted to sit down for a little pick me up meal.
Half the menu was unavailable and we didn't find out until after we tried to order it and then when we did order and pay they ended up not having the pineapple for our pizza.
Coffee we were told would be brought to the table and instead we got a Maccas style "LARGE CAP" yell.
