When asked for my sub to be toasted I said no. The girl then proceeded to toast it till it was borderline burnt. This is also the second time this has happened in the same week. I then I asked for carrots, lettuce and olives and she decided to add tomato to that too because i guess I wasn’t in charge of how I wanted my sub. Terrible service.

I’m currently standing in the store. I’m the only person here. I’ve been here for the last 5 minutes. The girl that’s working is on the phone to her friend. At least she asked me to wait a minute 🤷♂️

Guy serving us was really nice. Asked us if we wanted extras beforehand and gave us heaps of tissues since there were 3 of us. Even packed all the halves separately at our request. Very nice customer service.

First time at this store, came in on 25/08/2021 at around 1 o'clock and was served by William. Have never had such great Customer service before at a subway before. Incredible, will come again just for it! A lot of pride taken in his work Thank you!
