Loco Poco

Very helpful service person, I explained my allergies and ordered accordingly, Hubby chose his favourite. I did ask for a seperate plate to avoid contaminating mine. Then they recommended the $28 tapas which contained everything at a better price. Unfortunately, this was presented on 1 plate with my food at one end, despite carefully trying to keep food apart I did unknowingly eat the wrong thing and was therefore ill, which took the first 5 days of my holiday to get over. My responsibility I know! Tapas is definitely off my list from now on. Very high price for what was served basically cheese and mixed meats.

Had a reasonable meal of tapas here plus a glass of house bubbly for wifey, and a cider for me. The crumbed squid rings were pretty bloody good, with a thick and crispy coating. The croquettes were good, and I enjoyed the chorizo tortillas. The falafels were not too bad, but a little dry perhaps. Overall, the food was tasty, reasonably well priced for airport fodder, and attractively presented. Service was fine.
