Food was really nice and made fresh..really convenient location right in middle of city centre..

Service with a smile. Despite how busy they are the customer service here is impressive. The chicken is just as good as other Nando's, I usually rock up off-peak to avoid the lunch queue.

Excellent little Nando's located in a food court but still with it's own little dining area. It's not cheap fast food, but it's delicious and I can't get enough of the thighs when drenched in BBQ and Extra Hot basting. Service is also incredibly friendly, always cheery and engaging. Get there before 12 or after 2 to avoid the lunch rush!

I love Nandos! This place is always packed so I recommend ordering ahead of time online.
Seating is usually ok as it's in a food court.
Sauces available and peri salt shaker good to go, just more of the Nandos you love.

Corn was cold, had to wait to heat new corn which was microwaved (not charred) and by then chicken was cold (they refused to keep the chicken in the baemaree while waiting for the corn. Place was a mess, they weren't clearing tables so had to clean up someone else's mess, not worth the $19.00

Ordered through deliveroo and part of our order was missing. Tried multiple times to contact the store only for the automated service to hang up on us.
When we finally got a direct line through to the restaurant, the staff member was rude and didn't have time to speak to us as they had a line forming.
Well guess what, I'm a customer, I've already paid for a service which I did NOT receive and your staff need a lesson in Customer Service.

Been to think nice small Nandos restaurant which is just opposite to holiday inn city centre it has few other restaurant like thai rest, chinese rest, and few other it actually inside a small mall so you will see some conviences store barber shop, hang bag shop and etc. The 1/4 chicken was nice and tasty with fries and 1 side drink for $13 something very reasonable price so try it out.

I enjoyed my meal at this outlet, food was prepared quick enough to be happy and long enough to let you know it was being freshly made. Staff were friendly and helpful.
