Such a great breakfast/brunch spot! The atmosphere was so lovely and cosy, even on a cold winter morning, there were heaters on and blankets available to stay warm and snuggled. The food was also so delicious and the coffee, some of the best in Perth I’ve tasted! Finally the staff were absolutely fantastic! After a small hiccup with my order, they were so apologetic, quick to provide a solution and offered a free coffee as a kind gesture for my patience.
I would continue to come back and recommend this location to anyone in the area or just wanting a delicious breakfast

I went there last Sunday and I loved this place, the crew was super friendly and receptive, amazing environment, the decoration of the place is also really nice in my opinion, and the coffee was amazing, one of the best Iced coffee I ever had, me and my partner we got a smoked salmon salad, was super good and with amazing combination with ingredients that at first check, I thought wouldn't be a good choice, but I was completely wrong, was delightful. The costumes outside with their dogs also made everything nicer for me. Congratulations.

Coffee is normally spot on, today a mistake was make with my order…I was given a Jumbo coffee instead of a large the person at the till must have misheard me…these things happen. I advised the staff that it should have been a Large and they quickly replaced it. However I could tell by taste and smell that it was a recycled shot and not up to the normal standard of delicious coffee I am used to. C’mon guys you’re better than that. I did not expect this sort of “customer revenge” behaviour from you.

Very disappointed with our breakfast at Cup & Co yesterday.
For my child we ordered Waffles berry, maple syrup = $7.50 + ice cream $2=$9.50.
I ordered the Belgian waffles, sour cream, berries = $18.50, which turned out to be the exact same as the kids waffles without the ice cream?
I did bring it to the attention of the lovely Irish waitress and she verified the price was correct and conceded it wasn’t a good look and apologised(not her fault).
But anyway, long story short we won’t be going back there again.
And trying mopping your floors too…filthy.

Always happy with the coffee and the breakfast bagel 🙂 is absolutely delicious.
Today we had a lemon and pistachio cake probably 3 days old.It was a brick even the icing on top was super hard, when I ask to someone if it was supposed to be this consistency he asked another girl and came back telling me that he’ll put it in a microwave.
Definitely not good enough as the cake was still 3 days old but warm.
Pretty disappointing.

As many people have already pointed out, Cup & Co would be a great place for a tasty meal, if only it weren't for the hideously rude attitude of the owner.<br/><br/>On numerous occasions, I've witnessed this man's sour and disrespectful approach to customers. It would seem he is actually egocentric and narcissistic enough to treat even regular customers poorly. There's nothing worse than an early breakfast with a side of miserable, sarcastic and completely unbearable customer service.<br/><br/>This would be a perfect brunch spot if the cafe was solely owned by the fanatic barista/manager, as opposed to being co-owner by this awfully cocky chef.

Went in for an early morning coffee after having several recommendations. Received no greeting and when we asked the simple question of “which types of milks do you use?” we received a rude response from the barista (possibly owner) of “this one this one and this one”<br/>This did not clarify our question and made the environment feel unwelcoming and negative, on top of that the coffee was average and weak.... would not recommend cup and co!!!

Great little cafe. Had breeky with the family. The black bean breeky was a great size and the taste was amazing. The serving of bacon they put on the kids egg bacon on toast was heaps. Wife had the greens eggs and ham, again great size however she didn't rave on about, She did enjoy the coffee tho. All in all id give it a thumbs up.

Cup n Co now open for dinner friday and Saturday nights. Tonights woodfired oven special was slow roasted lamb with house made flat bread. Unbelievably good.. the best I've ever tasted. We also ordered gnocchi with spinach and mascarpone. They were light fluffy and delicious. Cup.n Co is a local institution for breakfasts and lunches and their coffee is one of the best in Perth. They have only been open for dinner for a couple of weeks and already its a full house.<br/>This is trattoria cooking at its best.

Went for breakfast this morning with my husband and boys....coffee was not bad...food in the other hand was gross. I order zucchini and corn fritters that were over cooked hard and dry....kids waffles we toasted to death....my husbands order was half a chorizo sausage did I mention Half with half a tomato and spinach straight out the bag.....for $20.50 plus he then had to pay for extra toast. We were there at 7.15am so you would think that we got the best....no!!!! And when I complained I was told I was the first in 1/5years sorry I don't believe that. I'm in the food industry and you eat with your eyes I knew it was not good as soon as it hit the table.

Cup & Co always has a good atmosphere whether it's midweek for a bite for breakfast or weekends. A fav of mine is their avocado, Brie and caramelised onion jam option. And of course you can't go wrong with their cronuts that change flavour each week. Service is quite quick (depending on busyness) and food is delicious, although on the pricey side for breakfast.

Nice location and nice coffee, but apart from that, I’m really not a fan. The food is average and as others have said, one of the guys (the owner) has a really bad attitude – I’ve seen him roll his eyes at his staff and I’ve seen him bring an attitude to customers too, which makes for an uncomfortable experience. Shame.

I arranged to meet two girlfriends for a catch up as this cafe has been on my radar and close to the girls. At 10am, the cafe was already busy and I was second to arrive. The cornbread was light and flavoursome, with just the slightest crumbly texture. The salsa was more chunky than I would have expected, and the sour cream was a thin sauce that worked really well with each bite. As the guys had their savoury dishes, I opted for a sweet dish which was the belgian style waffles, cinnamon sugar and blueberry syrup ($14.50). The waffles were soft and fluffy with a little crisp around the edges. Yes, I am a sucker for cinnamon and I love the strong cinnamon flavours from this dish. The blueberry syrup on top gives a hint of sweetness to the waffles and surprisingly, the flavours marry well with each other.
