Burger King

I went to this location I was questioning because the rep actually held my card the whole entire time which is not the norm usually they swipe and give it back! I waited till I received my receipt and looked at my account there was two purchases made instead of one! Call to ask for a manager and the manager said that I was incorrect and to call my bank! Called my bank and they said that I had to come in to fill out a form to dispute it this is such a waste of time when the manager she did her job could’ve been resolved so bottom line is look at your accounts after making a purchase with your card! Manager is super unprofessional that she didn’t address this when I showed her my phone that said twice this is very unprofessional for children that make $15 an hour they should be taking more Cautious and looking how people are pennypinching and don’t need a charge happening twice

I grew up on Burger King they had great fries and great burgers but sad to say times has changed i was so disgusted and disappointed on their so-called garlic bacon King Burger I took one bite then two bites then I threw it in the trash the burger wasn't even properly cooked the garlic was stale the so-called bacon tasted like day old potato chips the fries we're not crispy they were soggy of oil and still raw and I'll tell you this there was NO PRIDE COOKED IN THIS FOOD WHAT SO EVER I swear I have never been this disappointed in my life Burger King just threw out the love of their food from my heart after the taste of this meal I would not recommend anyone to eat that burger that was the worst meal I have ever had in my entire life and this Burger King is on Smith Street in Perth Amboy so I tell all my people do not eat that meal

If I could give zero stars I would. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BURGER KING AGAIN. Okay I love burger King but not this one at all. So first off the tables were FULL of someone else's trash. When I mean full, I mean FULL. I couldn't believe it. Second thing was that there were out of Coke I mean that I understand . Coke is very popular I get it. But that wasn't the only thing. They were out of fries! How can a Burger King be out of fries?! Now the forth thing,the whole floor had water all over the place. I mean you literally HAD to go over the spilled water to get to the cash register. You weren't able to surround it. Now the fifth thing, they were out of lettuce and cheese. How? The thing is that they didn't tell us that they were out of lettuce and cheese. So when we got the burgers with no lettuce and cheese we told them and they offered us a refund so we accepted the idea so this is what happened. My mom payed with forty dollars and got 16 dollars and cents back of change then we saw there was no lettuce and cheese in the 18 dollars worth of whoppers plus tax was about $20, so the person working there offered us a refund so we accepted it but then the man there so called"manager" gave us on 16 back and I was like "no I payed more than that " I showed him the receipt, then he pointed at the area of the change from the 40 and inside of me I was like "are you slow" I told him that was the change area but he insisted, I told him that he was looking at the change area but he said that my mom and I were the ones that were wrong I told him that how dare he tell an accountant (my mom) that her math is wrong. Even I, which I am in high school know how to do math and clearly knew that he was WAY wrong. My mom told him that she wasn't going to leave till we got a FULL refund. SO like he was being so rude telling us that he already gave the full refund we knew he didn't so my mom said she was going to call the police. So I went outside where there is usually a lot but now couldn't find one so this other man that was coming out of Burger King disliked the service as much as we did so he told me that he overheard everything and believes the same thing as I, so he gave me the police number and called. The Police came and when the manager and the whole crew saw the policemen come in the whole mess they started cleaning the mess that was left there for the whole hour which include the whole mess of water all over the floor even the policemen noticed the whole mess. So the police told me that they couldn't do much because it was a private property. But they were the ones that recommended me to put a bad review. I wasn't the only one, believe me there were a lot of people along the time that I was there that were complaining about the WHOLE hallway full of water and the manager was yelling at them that they couldn't tell him how to run " his store" . The thing Is that they couldn't surround it. They still didn't give a full refund though. I am not going back to this Burger King for a LONG TIME.
