I've always looked forward to Wendy's summer salads coming out, I would get them practically every week but this year I was very disappointed. The portion size of your salad is less than it used to be but the price was more. The second time I got your summer strawberry chicken salad I had less lettuce than before, that is a total ripoff, I would've contacted Wendy's to do the survey but I never got my receipts during the last two visits. Needless to say I won't be buying anymore salads from you guys. You need to lower the price if you're going to give less salad or go back to your full size portion salads. Thanks Wendy's you saved me a lot of money this summer.

The disgusting level of undercooked chicken you gave today is a health hazard. I just don’t understand what is going on over there. I know hospitality is hurting so getting qualified staffing is tough but how hard can it really be to fry some chicken nuggets?? Like you’re probably one of the busiest locations I’ve ever seen. Make a business case to the public of why you consistently take advantage of our generosity to come back to you yet consistently you can’t deliver quality food. I just don’t understand how difficult it really is to put together a chicken asiago sandwich. Or properly even cook that patty. It’s disgusting what I just opened up. Literally health hazard. Like get one of your customers really sick with salmonella one of these days it’s happened to me with another location of yours in Piscataway 10 years back. I don’t know what your area manager is doing as far as quality control but that’s our position you need to consider rehiring for!! Thank you Wendy’s for proving to the rest of America that you’ll consistently take advantages of them in hard times but don’t really care to show them your appreciation as a corporate evil giant. Also I’ve noticed that you might be delivering the nuggets frozen to each one of these locations but they’re not putting it in the freezer in time because I can tell it’s dethawed and then re-frozen and then fried again. Like fire managers fire them all. It ain’t hard to put some nuggets together man.

Dining rooms are closed. When the drive through gets too busy, they close the store down. This was Rt. 1 in Woodbridge. Went to the Perth Amboy location on Rt. 35. Dining room closed, but drive through moving faster. Food was ok, but would have been a better experience if dining in or able to walk up to order.

I called last sunday and was told they were open to the public for dine in. When i went they were only open through the drive thru. Waited 20 mins to order our food. When i got our food it was stone cold. Went back to tell them to warm it up and was given a overly cooked and burnt burger with bacon. Went back to speak to the manager who was very young girl was rude and didn't refund our money. They are always closed. When i asked the young manager she said they didn't want to clean the dine in area and that's why they were closed. It was a young crew of workers just listening to loud music and not caring about the food or the dine in area. So sad that they can pick and choose the closing of the dine in area. I drove 30 mins for that. I'm very dissatisfied with their attitude and how they closed dine in so they can have a party. Not the way you run a buisness. Very sad. Over all i won't be going back again. However i called today and they said they were open for dine in. We shall see. Wait for my next review. To be continued...

Very quick. I ordered paid and received my food in less than 2 mins. When I checked, the entire order was correct. Not only correct but hot and fresh. Condiments I asked for were there. I was concerned it won't be correct because no one working there was over the age of 21 and the music playing in the kitchen drew my attention. I said to my friend after we orderded, I couldn't work here all day and listen to this kinda music. She said, hey if it gets them to be productive and be happy working here, I don't care. Apparently she was right This was definitely me judging a book by its cover. Was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong. Every Wendy's should have this crew

Ordered food last night and had it delivered, first of all my 10 piece nuggets weren’t in the bag not even sauces. The fries were soggy and cold. Also ordered the bacconator fries, they were cold cheese wasn’t melted and very oily. Very disgusting like every other time we have ordered and comes from this Wendy’s. $47 worth of garbage. They also don’t like to answer the phone when you try and call the business. Nothing but problems from this location and these workers want more money smh pshhh
