Worst experience! I went thru drive-thru around 2:40 pm on 4-29-22. There was a woman taking orders over the speaker, who was extremely rude. I get to the window and there’s a young man asking for payment. I asked him if I could add an item to my order, and he told me no, that I could only do order’s at the speaker box. I also had coupons, and I tried giving him my coupons and he kept telling me I can’t use coupons at the window, to which I explained I used the codes at the speaker box and was trying to give him the physical coupons for his register. He told me he didn’t understand me and closed the window on me. In the mean time, I can hear the woman who took my order, yelling from behind the closed window, about how she told me I can only use two coupons, which I did use. Once he opened the window, I told him the employee should check her attitude because I can hear her yelling about me. I then asked for her name, to which he told me he didn’t know. I asked to speak with her, because she did look to be a manager, and she wouldn’t come to the window. I asked again, he told her I wanted her name, so she told him to lie to me. When he told me her name, I said I literally heard her telling you to lie to me, I need her name. He proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t “giving up” names and shut the window on me again. The food was awful, fries and chicken was old and cold, the hamburger Pattie’s tasted like they had been sitting for quite some time. Even the pop was watered down as if it had maybe been a previous order. The rude female employee was literally at the window on the side that doesn’t open, but refused to speak with me. This location will no longer receive my business.
