Definitely better than our McDee’s. They only get one ⭐️. Still, I don’t like that they force us to use the Kiosk to place our meal order. Apparently, they are no human to put more receipt paper on the Kiosk. So, we didn’t know the order number. You have to look in bags to see if it’s your order. So much for Contactless ordering. Gotta love Selective Contactless. Not Terrible like ours. So, three stars.

Every time someone tries to call You guys don't answer Or your Lines off the hook What is up with this McDonald's There's alot of complaints that other Owners would have looked in And It seems like the owner of this store doesn't care about any of us complaints from Their Customers So I think in general this Store needs a new owner and New Managers in general or you guys need some Manger help from Other People. And also another thing when the customers are complaining About stuff the manager shouldn't be rude to them because the customer is always right and that's real Customer Experience and Customer service GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great McDonald’s here in town the lady that works the drive thur on Sunday mornings is wonderful every time super nice and very positive and takes pride in what she does one Sunday I forgot to bring my money she paid for my whole order which I did in return come back with her money not many people would have done that. Fast food places don’t get great reviews because when your order is right u eat it and go on but god help us if they forgot the pickle people then folks can’t wait to complain. So I just wanted to say thank u I eat her a lot and it’s a great staff.

Terrible!! I had 1 meal I ordered. A #7. It has 2 burgers, a fry, and a drink. The person kept ringing me up for 1 burger. We finally after 4 tries got that right, then he asked me what the second drink was. There was no second drink. I park and try to eat. First burger was right but cold. Then I pull out my fries. There is hair in them. So I go inside to get new fries. I notice in the coffee pots they have something dark blue. I'm wondering what it is. It's on the coffee pot maker might I add. Then one guy holding a mop waits for another guy to pours the blue solution on the floor. Cleaner in the coffee pots?? Then I get my fries, go to the car and the second burger was all wrong. Never had such a bad experience anywhere else!!

Service was terrible. And food was old. They didn't have anything we wanted to order so we had to regroup. Told us to go to first window, we sat there for 5 minutes just to be told to go to the second because they were closing their drawer. Waited at the 2nd window for 15 minutes, was told to go to the 3rd window for our coffee. Waited there another 15 minutes. Almost 40 minutes for a coffee and a burger with fries!!!

Here’s a tip… if you have customers waiting in the drive through for 5 or more minutes, APOLOGIZE for the delay. A simple “sorry for the wait…” goes a long way. Also, if you hate your job and it shows, QUIT. Lazy, no sense of urgency, orders are always wrong… this is what happens when you hire unprofessional, immature “people”
