Captain D's

Came after church today. As usual the dining area was closed. Sat in a car line 25 minutes only to see an employee come out with a sign and place over the To Go order box, “Closed until 4:00pm no one showed up to work”. This was the worst Mothers Day experience for this is what my mom requested. Was wiling to wait but not until 4:00pm

Customers were inside waiting for their orders and a line of cars outside, but all the doors to go inside were locked on a Saturday at 6:30pm.. The entire reason for going in to eat or pickup vs the drive thru is that the line is out in the road where cars have to get by. It just seems to me a better choice to eat inside when it's like that. Regardless, we will not be back to this location.

April 10 Sunday, my family and I stopped by to order food after church. Our order was wrong, our food was just thrown everywhere in the plate. The employees, as well as the manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. After they took food back supposedly to correct the problem, they sent out the same exact plates and immediately closed window. Because of that, we had to throw our food away. $36 dollars wasted!!!! We will never come back, nor will any of our associates. We eat Capt D's literally several times a week......but never again!

My husband and I ordered our food at 630 last night. While in line to pick up a fight broke out with customers ahead of us, leading one customer to punch the speaker outside. My husband finally pulled up to get food and asked if our call in food was ready. The girl at window said no and slammed the window. Needless to say we did not have fish last night. Ugh no customer service.
