Firehouse Subs

Absolutely the worst service at a firehouse I’ve ever experienced. For starters had an online order, took roughly about 10 minutes to drive over to this location. Sat and waited for about 45 to get to the speaker and then got asked to wait, which is fine in most cases, was left at the speaker for over 30 minutes. Got to the window after an hour of waiting, food was missing from the bag, didn’t bother to even try to correct it because I was already waiting at the window for 20 minutes prior. I understand being short staffed but if you are that short staffed close the location. Again absolutely terrible service, will not be returning to this location again.

Food tasted great and was prepared to order. However, it took more than 30 minutes to get our sandwiches inside, while the drive through was prioritzed. This was apparent, because the people who ordered in front of us received their order and finished eating by the time we were given our order. The staff was less than enthusiastic about their duties and obviously very frustrated by the lack of staff.

So the service was fine, I guess, nothing great. But what really threw me off was the fact that my sandwich was made in the back, not the front like every other location. In the back. It was sloppy and the bun was soggy. Weirdest/worst experience at a firehouse ever. Gives the food chain a very bad name.

Horrible service. Called in pick up. Got there they had no recollection of my call. Told them phone is routing to a different area and got deer in headlights look. No word spoken. Placed new order, no customers there, no drive thru open and they still got 2 of 3 easy orders wrong. This is the second time in about 2 months this has happened. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Todays visit was the third time that the SAME exact thing happened; The previous two times it was only my daughter and her grandmother, so they just left, but today I experienced the horrible treatment of customers. All three times when pulled up to speaker , NO ONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGES THERE IS A CUSTOMER . Each and every time we have pulled up to the window and done more than “knocked” and still was ignored. So today after this happened , I went inside and my first question was..” Is your drive thru broken?” And the girl “acted like she asked to person with headset on if it was up, and working, but only after she asked me IF I PULLED UP TO THE SPEAKER. Like how are you going to treat me like I am the dumb one? So I ordered 3 sandwiches, then we ran to McDonald’s, and when we got back for me to get our subs, I had to stand there and wait for about 5 -6 minutes more. I’m not sure why I had to wait after we got back… I don’t know what their problem is, but this kind of service is UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD! And I’ve worked in food industry/ restaurants for quiet sometime, and this all comes from more than just employees. They obviously know that it is ok.. and yes I believe they are intentionally doing customers like this, cause it just don’t “ accidentally “ happen 3 different TIMES… We have to do better!!!!

Currently sitting in drive thru been here over 30 mins. This is the 2nd time a long wait! First time I came through the drive-thru and waited a long time so this time I figured I’d place an online order and it would be ready the time it said which was noon and it’s now 1245 and I finally made it to the window but no one has come to the window to acknowledge I’m here and there’s literally five cars behind me. I won’t be coming back ever again!

Tried to go through the drive through and sat there for 10 minutes with no one ever coming over the intercom so I decided to go inside, no big deal. Get inside and the three guys behind the counter never acknowledge that I'm standing there, I stood the for a few mi utes and when one saw I was there they decided to argue over who was going to take my order for 5 minutes
