Very unlike the experience Chick fil A is known for. The place was in disarray. The employees were clearly having a bad night. And the food was not good.

Pulled up to drive through and the two employees never acknowledged us. We sat there waiting for them to finish their conversation and finally asked us what we would like to order. Never experienced this before at a Chick-fil-A. The rest of the staff was attentive and cordial.

Went to Chick-fil-A in Perry, Ga. The man yells at our car to keep us from going to the menu. Doesn’t tell us the total of our food, then we get to window to get our food. All bags were confused and Chick-fil-A sauce was left out! Cars were being pulled into spots after waiting in the drive thru… Is Chick-fil-A going down hill?! Aren’t they making like $17 an hour?!

This Chick-fil-A appeared to be struggling. They had different barriers set up in the parking lot to funnel traffic flow, but it seemed to be more of a hindrance than a help. Couldn't determine if parking spots were open for use or not. Unfortunately they don't have the luxury of a large parking area on the restaurant property, but there is lots of parking available at the surrounding shopping area. The food was good, no issues there. Easy stop off of the interstate.

Wonderful, quick service from Regina. I placed a take-out order inside because the drive throughs are normally long. Regina was helpful, friendly, and efficient. Excellent service. The whole process probably took only 10 minutes to get my food. The food was delicious too. The nuggets and fries were fresh and hot. Definitely the best fries I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A.

Kale salad turned into chicken food when I arrived home and found more brownish slimy pieces of kale than I wanted to pick out. My chicken tenders appeared to be double fried and dried out. Worst Chick-Fil- a experience ever!
