Starbucks

This is the best and most reliable Starbucks location ever. I am so lucky this is my local Starbucks. I come here probably twice a week and my drinks and food are always ready and made to perfection. The staff are so kind and always give me a warm welcome. The supervisor/ manager who is here every morning always tells me hello and he always has a big smile on his face. I really appreciate this location and they make a great start to my morning when I stop by.

This store has the rudest people working there. I went on 5/6 at 12:30pm and the staff member omg were short and rude with the customers. The guest in front of me was waiting to pay and he asked one employee can I play for this? And the employee answered with an attitude “yes you have to wait for the other person to come back”. Then when it was my turn I asked I called to check on a product availability and I don’t see it. Another employee not the one that was helping me answered “that’s all we have, If you don’t see it we don’t have it!”. I have never experienced such rude customer service at any Starbucks unexceptionable! Will never visit that store again.

Bad experience this morning picking up my coffee! On my way to work I place my order before I leave to ensure it's ready by the time I arrive, I order my coffee extra hot so that I can show up 5 to 10 mins. late to reduce wait time..... when I arrived this morning there was at least 10 people waiting for their drink.... I patiently waited for 10 mins. (the order is now 20 mins. after the actual pickup time) knowing that now I will be late for work, and when I finally spoke up KATHY said, ''Well we're backed up, do you want a refund?" Are you kidding me! That's your response to YOU making a group of people late to work! Bad customer service!

Being at this establishment made me uncomfortable at first due to the judgemental looks as walking through the door, once I spent more time in the lobby the workers such as the Barista's we're making me feel off side which means they were being difficult in talking to me. To top the cake with a wonderful cherry, bathroom in the back looked as if had been unkept in such awhile, after taking some time brushing my teeth plus a quick shave since I have been kicked to the street, I made the decision to clean the bathroom myself like a Gentleman my parents raised me to be. Then realized that in the middle of all of this I was being watched at the sprinkler in the ceiling, this was more than uncomfortable, video recording is at hand to prove this is true. If you plan to visit a mermaid's establishment, which means she is a siren on the logo. In other words she is a mermaid's, a maid of the sea. I also am a maiden of the sea due to the fact my webbed skin structure. In all trueness. Make your decision people about how these employees treat my establishment or my mother's one in fact.....
