Starbucks

I came here during a long road trip to Las Vegas and it was great! I came with a large party of people and the woman at the front was very kind and attentive to our large order! I got a paradise drink and an everything bagel and it was delicious. Our party also enjoyed their drinks and food. Overall, I loved this place and it made our road trip a little easier!

The store was 100% empty, I was in the drive through line for 40 minutes not even an exaggeration. When I pulled up. No one was on the speaker system, waited a few min, nothing. I roll up to the window. Empty all lights on no body home. Drove upfront nothing. I have pictures if you would like to see an empty store. Well before closing time, might i add. No signs of closure at all. I never ever leave messages online but this was a complete waste of time, and ive not been this ticked iff by a business ever. I could not even leave the drive through lane after 20 mim of waiting, joking to my self i bet somethingis wrong. Idk if the people left mid way of me waiting in line or a lot of people got their time wasted. This is aggravating. I understand long lines but at least you are rewarded with what you have been waiting for. This is just infuriating. I will make sure people hear about this. The worst starbucks store.

Today is Thursday 5/12/22 @ 1510. I went through the drive thru and ordered a venti iced green tea lemonade and a chocolate cake pop. I received a pinkish lemonade that is not green tea. The order on my sticker was correct but the drink itself was not. And this is why I now visit Starbucks less often. Waste of money.

Accidentally went through the drive thru thinking it was a chronic tacos. My bad. But figured, since I'm here, why not get my mom & sis a nice coffee Frappuccino. They loved it as I love them. Proceeded to park the car & walk into Chronic Tacos. An I ordered a a carna asada burrito that turned out to be big enough for me & company. It was delicious 😋 . Highly recommend both establishments as they both connect superbly. That's just my opinion.
