The Perk

Always a fantastic experience at The Perk. We love bringing out of town family there, it’s always a big hit. You can’t go wrong with any of the menu options but my favorite for dinner is The New Orleans Pasta, the Sriracha Chicken is delicious as well. We recently stopped by for lunch with family in from Pittsburgh and our waitress Madison helped make our visit even more enjoyable. She was very pleasant and attentive. We shared the giant Bavarian pretzel and I had the flat bread pizza special, loved them both!

Food; I had the Perk burger and broccoli (in place of the fries). It was a great tasting, well seasoned burger cooked to a textbook medium just as I requested. The broccoli was crunchier than I cared for, but was also delicious. Atmosphere; The Perk is warm and welcoming. I don't like to use the word charming, but it fits. Service: The staff is professional, friendly, and well trained in hospitality. Cleanliness: Everything I encountered was neat and clean. The owners and staff obviously take pride in what they do.

A hometown pub with amazing food. Everyone here knows each other, it definitely has the small town vibe. The food is incredible, I personally had the Engine 26 burger and it was delicious. Prices aren't too high either. I would recommend going here purely over the fact that you will feel welcomed the second you sit down.

This has always been very highly rated as a local spot and it will probably stay that way. That being said it was my first time there. It was very busy and it's small but there was no lack in service or food quality for being packed. Only issue is parking. It's on street parking. So you may have trouble finding somewhere to park.
