It's disappointing when you pre-order on the app to to arrive past you pick time to.find food is just being started.(45min heads up). Not only not ready, but didn't have ingredients to make 2 of the sandwiches. Wouldn't have been bad of wasn't for the prep of the salad. I get you hand mix it, but not with the same gloves you're touching surfacing of counters and fridge doors with. I want to believe this place will be good the next time, but can't bring myself to go back.

Ordered a sandwich from the app that included sliced mozzarella and the smashed avocado - both items that are upcharges. Picked up the sandwiches and when we got home, no avocado on the sandwich and shredded mozzarella instead of sliced. No notification online or at pick up that these items were out, (if they even were) but yet we were charged for them and the sandwich was built around those things so I would have ordered differently. No one answers the phone, no way to to try and find a solution other than to reach out to corporate. Awful customer service.

Glad to see new owners and new faces, not to mention very excited they are open again. Everyone I met today was extremely polite and wanted to make sure my experience was top notch. If you have been avoiding them because of previous ownership now is the time to visit again! I would also like to add it was extremely clean.
